Arrange Shipping Documents

Realize Payment

Prepare commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and insurance; appoint a freight forwarder for logistics.

File shipping bill, clear customs inspection, load goods onto vessel or transport, and dispatch with shipment advice to the importer.

Submit documents to bank for collection or negotiation, track delivery, and receive payment via letter of credit or other methods.
